We accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip.
Final sale items, personalized or engraved pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Handiora reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

- To make an exchange, find the order with the item you would like to exchange and select your preferred item.
- We offer two methods of return on our Returns Site:
- Print & Ship: Print a complimentary return label and ship your package from any UPS location.
- Print-Free Shipping: Download a return code and drop your package off at a UPS location - no printing required.
- After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

- Any merchandise purchased in a full-price Handiora store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.

- While Handiora outlet purchases are final sale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accommodate an exchange for merchandise that is unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition when accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Exchanges should be made at the location where it was purchased.
If your order was placed through Instagram or Facebook, please go to the respective app to request a return. These orders cannot be returned through our Returns site or at a Handiora store.
- Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order.
- If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
- Returns and exchanges can only occur in the country the item was purchased. Please contact customer care if you need further assistance.
If you purchased an item using Affirm financing and wish to return it, follow our standard return process. Once we receive and process your return, we will notify Affirm. Affirm will then update your loan balance accordingly.
Please note that any interest paid on the Affirm loan is non-refundable. For questions specific to your Affirm account, please contact Affirm directly.
Once your return is processed, Affirm will update your loan. If your loan has already been paid off, Affirm will issue a refund to your original payment method. Any interest that has accrued on the loan prior to the return is non-refundable.

Gift cards purchased on Handiora.com are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift card balances are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
